Lucia Domenici
Co-Founder & CEO

Lucia runs the company and is the reason creators trust it. More than twenty years as an Executive Creative Director connected her to leading photographers, filmmakers, musicians, writers and designers worldwide.
She built and scaled Nokia Mobile's global in-house studio over 5 years and, in addition to creating global campaigns at Nokia, has led creative development at Sony, Heineken, Mattel, FC Barcelona, and Poste Italiane. An award-winning street photographer, she is at the heart of The Story Lens community.

Lars Silberbauer
Co-Founder & CMO

Lars leads commercial strategy and funding and is an Operating Partner at Goldman Sachs. Two decades of global marketing, and every role was a transformation. He built LEGO's social and digital operation from nothing into one of the most engaging brands on social media. He ran marketing, brand and digital for the International Olympic Committee through Tokyo and Beijing. As CMO, he rebuilt MTV's digital brand at Paramount and repositioned Nokia phones. Twenty years on the buying side of creative work.

Pete Way
Co-Founder & CCO

Pete, our CCO, has won multiple awards across a number of creative industries (Cannes Lions, BAFTA, Clio and Sabres). Firstly, launching Maxim, Stuff and Men's Fitness Magazines, then TV, where he worked on the multi-award-winning Big Breakfast, Saturday Night Takeaway and then spent 7 years as a showrunner at the BBC. Then into advertising, marketing and PR, he was Head of Creative at Paddy Power, then went on to be an ECD at WPP for 7 years and most recently a Creative Director at Lucky Generals (TBWA).

Marius Hartmann
CTO

Marius is the Chief Technology Officer of GRAPHENTICA, and the developer of the technical foundation it stands on: a dual-strand chain in which neither strand can be falsified without breaking the other. PhD in AI. Founded and led the data science lab behind Denmark's public fraud detection systems, then Chief Architect of the country's common public digital architecture.
